The time for a repair can vary depending on the issue, but I strive to complete repairs efficiently.

Do you offer on-site repair services?

At this time, I offer repair services as a side job after my regular work hours, so I am unable to provide on-site repairs during regular buisness hours.

If there is a large item that require on-site diagnosis, contact me and we can arrange a time.

What types of devices do you repair?

I repair a variety of devices, and it never hurts to ask if it's something I’m willing to take on. Feel free to reach out, and I'll let you know if I can help!

Where are you located?

I operate out of my primary residence in Campbell River BC, and for your convenience, I arrange specific times for drop-off and pickup of items. This allows me to manage repairs while keeping my schedule flexible. Simply reach out to set a time that works for both of us, and I'll ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Is there anything you won't repair?

Yes, only a few items.

Large TV's. They take up too much space. I simply do not have the space to lay a large TV flat to work on it.

Two-way Communication Equipment. This is a conflict of interest with my dayjob. 

Phones, Tablets, Computers. There are plenty of other great repair options in town for these devices.
